The Bib & Spoon brand was created in 2015 by a young Queensland couple following the birth of their first baby. Trying to make the transition into solids, they were quickly dissatisfied with existing baby food options. They set out to create an alternative to hot fill jars and pouches, and Bib & Spoon was born.
Previously focused on a direct to consumer model, Flourish Foods acquired the Bib & Spoon brand in 2020 excited to take it to new heights; making it more accessible to parents across the country via the retail sector.

PBCo. Low Carb Foods first came to life back in 2012 when founder Anna, a cafe owner, baked her own natural, low carb protein bread for customers who wanted better, healthier options.
Seeing how low carb foods helped her customers feel their best, she started exploring ways to make unhealthy foods (especially baked treats) healthy by removing the sugar and carbs. The products have rapidly evolved over the past 10 years, but the vision is still the same, and still very simple.
